The restaurant Atalaya is the result of how a young couple of cooks see and feel the gastronomy.

Atalaya represents the illusion to bring the best gastronomy to all those who like to enjoy the food, the clean tastes, the surprise and the quality of the products.

For us the real luxury lies in closeness, in small things, details, the art of receiving and the act of expressing.

The Room

A room where the rustic and modern coexist.

With capacity for 36 people distributed in 9 large and comfortable tables.

The lighting and the fireplace provide warmth and a cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy a perfect balance between tradition and avant-garde.

Our kitchen

A kitchen that starts from the tradition and the respect for the nearest product and of season, taking it to the vanguard. We propose three ways to enjoy our cuisine: a more traditional menu and apparent simplicity, a more daring, creative and traveler menu, and lastly a menu offering dishes with winks towards Asia and Mediterranean soul.
We believe in the meticulous and precise elaborations, which are at the service of the raw material.

Alejandra Herrador

In my family there has always been a great passion for cooking. Since I was a little girl, I learned to cook thanks to my grandmother with her lifetime recipes, my aunt, where for the first time I lived what is in a restaurant, and especially my mother who has always supported me and taught me to Be curious and look for new flavors.

Although I loved to be between stoves studying cooking was not my first choice, in Madrid I tried with the careers of Architecture and Fine Arts where I developed my creativity. However the day I entered the Costa Azahar hotel school I was clear what I wanted to be the rest of my life. Since then I have worked with great chefs like: Martin Berasategui, Sergi Arola or Pepe Solla who have taught and inspired me.

In the restaurant Martin Berasategui de Lasarte I met Emanuel, we realized that we were a great team in the kitchen, we were complementary and stronger together. So our next step was logical, in 2014 we opened our restaurant in Alcossebre, where we put every day our affection and enthusiasm.

Emanuel Carlucci

I was born in buenos aires, but since the age of 11 I have lived in Spain. From a very young age I have been surrounded by the world of gastronomy, although it is not until the age of 18 that I decided to study hospitality at the Bell-art school in Barcelona. Compagine my studies with the work in the restaurant Fonda Spain advised by Martin Berasategui.

After completing my studies, I continued my training in restaurants such as Via Veneto (1 Michelin star), Martin Berasategui (3 Michelin stars), Sergi Arola Gastro (2 Michelin stars), Ramon Freixa (2 Michelin stars) and Casa Solla Michelin star).

In 2013 I met Alejandra, and a year later we decided to open our own restaurant in Alcossebre together in absolute synergy.

High season (June, July, August and September).
From Wednesday to Monday | 13:30 a 15:00 | 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Tuesday closed.
